US And UN Struggle To Distribute Haiti Aid
About 20 American military Black Hawk helicopters have descended on the ruined grounds of Haiti’s presidential palace.Troops unloaded equipment, water and food rations, raising hopes that it would become a forward base for the distribution of aid.Since the earthquake a week ago, Haitians desperate for life’s basics, and frustrated by the lack of aid reaching them, have posed an increasing headache for security services.Overstretched UN peacekeepers dispersed a crowd of survivors who were searching for anything, from water to a mat to sleep on.The Haitian police too have had their work cut out as lawlessness spreads throughout the capital Port au Prince. Shots rang out as scores of Haitians raided a destroyed hardware shop. And to help bring some semblance of normality back to Haiti’s streets, the UN Security Council has unanimously agreed to send 3.500 more troops and police in the hope they will afford some relief to the security forces already there.

Pros and Cons
- The union is restored and I think this is a great success and the most important for me
- The south economy is growing up and it will help them reconstruct what the north had destroyed during the war
- The 14th and 15th amendments will help the African Americans enjoy life for the first time in USA
- This Bureau is a very good creation because it will help the blacks have rights among the whites
- To have a mandatory education is a very good because some families do not have money to send their child to school
- Many southerners stood democrats and the republicans and federals were doing there jobs for nothing
- The south will not gain a lot of money because they are slow in industrializing
- It is sad that Terrorists did not let the African Americans vote for their next President
- Many people became poor because of the war they lost job opportunities

Role Play

As you all know the civil war just stopped and it was the biggest massacre the USA have lived since it's foundation. The North have destroyed many things in the South. Most of the war ships have been destroyed 9000 miles of rail roads have also been destroyed most of it in the South. Farm lands, Farm building have been destroyed too. Other things destroyed are the factories, ports, cities and canals. The most important thing that were destroyed are soldiers, over 600,000 soldiers(from the North and South) have died during the civil war. One family out of three have been touched. Four million Black people are now free and to do what ever they want. The former slaves owners had now to let blacks vote, run for office and learn(go to school). While the South had to rebuilt their farms, houses and factories, little of the North have been destroyed.
